Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: 1)In line with the hypertension diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Guidelines for Hypertension Prevention and Treatment 2018 2: In line with the diagnostic criteria for hyperhomocysteinemia in the 9th edition of Internal Medicine 3: 2) Elevated homocysteine levels (= 10 µmol/L), or MTHFR 677TT genotype, or insufficient folate (< 20 ng/mL) 4: 3) Plan to receive or are undergoing standard treatment for H-type hypertension 5: 4) Local residence, suitable for more than one year of follow-up 6: 5) Participate voluntarily and sign informed consent 7: 6) Aged 18 or above.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: 1) Severe mental disorder, unable to express their will, and unable to appoint guardians and caregivers 2: 2) Patients with obvious other physical diseases, abnormal laboratory test results, and the investigator judged that they were not suitable for study 3: 3) Researchers judged that long-term interviewers could not be completed.
