Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) Physical Status Classification I- II 2. 1 year < age = 12 years 3. Elective surgery requiring intraoperative tracheal intubation and ETT = 4 mm internal diameter (ID) 4. Patient's guardian agrees and signs the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. If the patient has developmental delay (due to unavailability of consent), preoperative foreknowledge of a predictable difficult airway, significant neck pathology, congenital airway anomalies, nasogastric tube 2. children with deviations from normal development 3. guardians who do not consent and do not sign the consent form
