20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Primary lumbar infection; (2) Imaging, laboratory tests, etiology and pathology support the diagnosis of lumbar infection; (3) There are clear surgical indications for more than one segment of the vertebral body and intervertebral space Patients; (4) Patients who signed the informed consent form for staged minimally invasive negative pressure therapy and received this technique.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients lost to follow-up; (2) Patients with incomplete follow-up data; (3) Incision infection after spinal surgery; (4) Infection after spinal tumor surgery.
