18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age of 18-70 years old, regardless of gender; 2. IgAN was diagnosed by renal biopsy 3.e-GFR=30mL /min(CKD-EPI formula); 4. Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of other renal diseases not caused by IgAN; 2. Patients who have received formal IgAN-related treatment; 3.Patients with unstable angina pectoris, myocardial infarction and coronary stent implantation within 3 months; 4. History of hepatic failure and/or hepatic encephalopathy; 5. Patients with malignant tumors or malignant diseases affecting the overall prognosis; 6. Pregnant and lactating women; 7. History of unilateral or bilateral renal artery stenosis; 8. Alcoholics or drug users; 9. Is participating in another clinical investigation.
