Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Surgical excision (interval between surgical excision and imaging examination < 2 weeks), who were first pathologically diagnosed with HNSCC.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Previous history of chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy; 2) No surgical resection; 3) The interval between surgical resection and imaging examination > 2 weeks; 4) Obvious artifacts; 5) Contraindications to CT and MRI scanning.
