Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women or puerpera during January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2021 2. Liangshan residents 3. Not younger than 16 years old 4. Those who are willing to take part in the experiment voluntarily and sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not pregnant women or puerpera 2. Not Liangshan residents 3. Those considered inappropriate to participate in this intervention by doctors.
