Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The POAG inclusion criteria were defined as follows: (1) normal anterior chamber and open angle by gonioscopy examination (2) IOP greater than 21 mmHg on 2 or more occasions in one or both eyes (3) characteristic glaucomatous optic disc damage, and visual field (VF) defects (4) binocular vision better than 20/40. Subjects with OHT are also included. OHT is defined as: (1) consistently elevated IOP greater than 21mmHg on 2 or more occasions in one or both eyes (2) in the absence of clinical evidence of optic nerve damage, VF defect or other unknown pathology.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous history of intraocular surgery and / or penetrating ocular trauma (2) Complicated with serious eye diseases, including corneal diseases that can affect the measurement (3) Combined with serious diseases that hinder health, such as severe heart disease, lung, liver and kidney diseases (4) Sleep disorder
