Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to the hospital with emergency trauma, the length of hospitalization reaches more than 1 month; 2. Patients over the age of 18 years; 3. No previous history of diabetes; Emotional stability, ability to understand and verbal informed consent; 4. When completing the questionnaire, there is no coma or impaired consciousness, etc., where communication is not possible; 5. Can cooperate to answer questions, no basic information is missing.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There have been serious liver and kidney diseases, blood diseases, malignant tumors and other difficult to treat diseases in the past; 2. Inability to understand, inability to cooperate or refusal to complete relevant medical history inquiries and scales; 3. Have a history of serious mental illness or use of psychotropic drugs in the past; 4. Substance abuse such as drug abuse, alcohol dependence, etc. have undergone relevant psychological treatment; 5. Severe nerve damage (severe traumatic brain injury, massive cerebral hemorrhage, large-scale cerebral infarction, severe intracranial infection) causes complete cognitive impairment.
