18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age = 18 years old, full-term (= 37 weeks), head position, singleton pregnancy, primipara, ASA grade I-II, prenatal BMI = 18.5, uterine dilatation of 2-6cm when entering the labor process and performing labor analgesia, epidural labor analgesia has been performed, and at least two uterine examinations have been recorded during the subsequent labor process.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: After 20 weeks of pregnancy, there is no regular birth examination data, and the first stage of labor is converted to cesarean section. There are known fetal abnormalities, and the relevant research data are incomplete.
