Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Strabismus surgery 2: Age 3-15 years old 3: ASA classification I-II 4: Preoperative electrolytes were basically normal 5: Informed consent of family members.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergy to known narcotic drugs 2: Combined with sinus bradycardia and conduction block 3: Complicated with basic diseases of digestive system, especially chronic abdominal pain and motion sickness 4: Abnormal cardiopulmonary function and liver and kidney dysfunction 5: Accompanied by gastroesophageal reflux, asthma or congenital diseases 6: There was a history of respiratory tract infection 1 week before operation.
