Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a) The subjects must be from northern or northern China (including Hei, Ji, Liao, Jing, Jin, Ji, and the northeastern part of Inner Mongolia) and arrive in Sanya City for recuperation in winter each year. They must continue to live in Sanya City for no less than 5 natural months before returning to their home country for a period of no less than 5 natural months. b) Age = 60 years old, with basic self-care ability, able to stand alone. c) The subjects possess basic language reading, comprehension, and communication skills, are clear in mind, fully aware of the content of this study, agree to participate, sign informed consent, and ensure to cooperate to complete all the research content as much as possible. d) When included in the research queue, the entry time should not exceed 2 weeks. e) Accept local ingredients from Hainan and focus on eating them during your stay on the island.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a) Patients with tumor, blood system disease, serious organic disease, mental disease, dementia or Mild cognitive impairment, or who are expected to undergo surgery within 1 year. b) Those who have experienced acute disease or infectious diseases (such as trauma, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accident, upper sense, diarrhea, etc.) or used antibiotics, probiotics, etc. within one month before enrollment. c) Those who cannot meet the requirements for entry and departure time in the inclusion criteria, or who are expected to be unable to participate in the entire study, or who are deemed unsuitable by the researchers for other reasons.
