Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The information of T2DM patients came from the Zhongda Hospital affiliated to Southeast University, and the follow-up time of the study subjects was from January 1, 2015 to January 1, 2022; At baseline, T2DM cases were collected from the Zhongda Hospital affiliated to Southeast University from January 1, 2015 to January 1, 2017; Age range 18-100 years old; The International Classification of Diseases (ICD) 10th edition (ICD-10) code is E11.0-E11.9. The diagnostic criteria for diabetes were WHO 1999 standards, that is, diabetes symptoms+plasma glucose level at any time = 11.1 mmol/L (200 mg/d L) or fasting plasma glucose (FPG) level = 7.0 mmol/L (126 mg/d L) or oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) 2 h blood glucose level = 11.1 mmol/L (200 mg/d L).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) People who have suffered from ischemic stroke or hemorrhagic stroke before diagnosis of diabetes; 2) Inaccurate or lack of important information such as height, weight, total cholesterol, LDL-C, HDL-C, TG, etc; 3) Have a history of severe liver and kidney dysfunction, malignant tumor, type 1 diabetes, etc; 4) Communication barriers, inability to cooperate with investigators.
