60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged = 60 years; (2) Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) score =24; (3) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for OAB; (4) Having not performed any LUTS related surgery; (5) Able to walk without the aid of auxiliary devices.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Illiteracy; (2) Having health problems preventing participants from exercising, such as nervous, cardiovascular and musculoskeletal diseases, etc.; (3) Taking medications treating LUTS or affecting nerves and balance (such as sedatives, hypnotics and antidepressants) ; (4) Participated in a regular exercise programs (such as tai chi and square dance) 2 or more times per week in the past 6 months; (5) Having acute or chronic lower urinary tract infection in the past 3 months; (6) Do not agree to participate in this study.
