Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The maternal aged >=18 years old and their offspring; 2. Normal understanding and cognitive ability, clear expression ability. 3. FS-14 scale screening fatigue score = 9 points; 4. Study at a maternity school.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those diagnosed with chronic fatigue before pregnancy; (2) those diagnosed with serious physical diseases (immune diseases, serious abnormalities of heart, liver and kidney function, tumors, infectious diseases) or mental diseases before pregnancy. (3) Pregnant women with genetic metabolic diseases or chromosomal abnormalities; (4) Fetal clear diagnosis of malformation or infection with maternal teratogenic virus in early pregnancy.
