Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From January 1, 2022 to June 30, 2024, 100 patients with uncontrolled severe postpartum hemorrhage (blood loss = 1000ml) admitted to the operating room for exploratory laparotomy or uncontrolled severe postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section were selected

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with hematological diseases before delivery ? Patients with hypertension before delivery ? Patients with chronic organ dysfunction before delivery ? Patients with congenital heart disease before delivery ? Patients with coronary heart disease before delivery ? There was cerebrovascular disease before delivery ? Patients who did not agree to the study
