Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Abdominal or lower extremity surgery with endotracheal intubation under general anesthesia 2.American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I or II patients 3.The age ranged from 18-65 yr

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients who had sore throat or hoarseness before surgery 2.patients who had cervical spondylosis or a history of tracheostomy 3.patients with upper respiratory infection 4.Mallampati score =3 5.patients who had participated in or were participating in other clinical trials within 3 months before enrollment
