Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study recruited patients who received standard colonoscopy with propofol sedation: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. Patients with overweight status (BMI > 25 kg/m2) or with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (STOP-Bang score >3); 3. Willing to accept the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals classified as physical status classification III or above; 2. Individuals with mental disorders that could impede cooperation; 3. Individuals with a history of drug allergies, particularly to propofol; 4. Individuals with coagulation disorders; 5. Individuals with a baseline peripheral oxygen saturation level below 95%.
