Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sample requirements: Due to the needs of research purposes, the sample group is mainly college students. Health requirements: no confirmed chronic non-infectious diseases and other diseases, no medical advice to limit physical exercise, healthy, normal limb activity, and no recent physical abnormalities. Other conditions: meet the criteria of the PAR-Q questionnaire to be allowed to participate in the test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Excluding ? people not within the age range of 18-24 years; ? People with physical disabilities or chronic diseases who are unable to exercise.
