Inclusion criteria

Regularity of menstrual cycle (21-35 days); 4. Basic FSH < 20IU/L; 5. Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are diseases that definitely affect the shape of uterine cavity, such as mild and moderate intrauterine adhesions that have not been treated by hysteroscopic adhesions decomposition, severe intrauterine adhesions, submucosal fibroids, uterine fibroids > 5cm, uterine malformations, uterine adenomyomas that affect the shape of uterine cavity, ovarian cysts with a diameter of =4cm, and ectopic cysts =2cm; 2. There are other gynecological diseases that affect the pregnancy outcome, such as tuberculosis of reproductive system, severe untreated hydrosalpinx, severe endometriosis, adenomyosis, patients with repeated endometrial thinness, etc. 3. Previous abortion history =3 times; 4. Contraindications for 4.GH use: it is forbidden for acute proliferative or severe non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy; Severe systemic infection and other critically ill patients are prohibited during acute shock; Potential tumor patients and confirmed tumor patients with any signs of progress; 5.
