Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female, aged =35 years (it is best not to be over 42 years old when joining the group); 2. AMH 5 and AMH < 1.2 ng/ml, clinicians will evaluate whether they belong to patients with low prognosis according to their comprehensive conditions, and then decide whether they are selected.) 3. Regularity of menstrual cycle (21-35 days); 4. Basic FSH < 20IU/L; 5. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are diseases that definitely affect the shape of uterine cavity, such as mild and moderate intrauterine adhesions that have not been treated by hysteroscopic adhesions decomposition, severe intrauterine adhesions, submucosal fibroids, uterine fibroids > 5cm, uterine malformations, uterine adenomyomas that affect the shape of uterine cavity, ovarian cysts with a diameter of =4cm, and ectopic cysts =2cm; 2. There are other gynecological diseases that affect the pregnancy outcome, such as tuberculosis of reproductive system, severe untreated hydrosalpinx, severe endometriosis, adenomyosis, patients with repeated endometrial thinness, etc. 3. Previous abortion history =3 times; 4. Contraindications for 4.GH use: it is forbidden for acute proliferative or severe non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy; Severe systemic infection and other critically ill patients are prohibited during acute shock; Potential tumor patients and confirmed tumor patients with any signs of progress; 5. Contraindications to pregnancy, such as: severe acute and chronic liver and kidney diseases: liver cirrhosis, acute and chronic renal failure, active period of hepatitis B virus, etc.; In patients with abnormal liver and kidney function, the detection value of AST or ALT is 2.5 times higher than the normal upper limit, and the serum creatinine is 2 times higher than the normal upper limit. Uncontrolled diabetes, refractory hypertension, uncontrolled thyroid dysfunction, etc.; 6. Those who are allergic to the experimental drugs and excipients in this study; 7. It has been confirmed that infertility patients are caused by immune diseases; 8. Patients who have been using GH for nearly one month.
