35 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Age 35-65 years 2: BMI18.5-28kg/m2 3: ASA I-III 4: Undergoing laparoscopic colon cancer surgery in the operating room of Beijing Friendship Hospital 5: Patients who voluntarily use an analgesia pump

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Inability or refusal to sign on the research informed consent form 2: Patients who are unable to fit in a lateral position 3: Infection at the Erector Spinae Plane block area 4: Pregnancy 5: History of long-term chronic pain before surgery 6: Regularly taken antalgic within 3 months before surgery 7: Allergic to ropivacaine or has liver and kidney diseases that may affect the metabolism of drug 8: Has the same underlying disease as local anesthetic intoxication, such as epilepsy
