Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient's guardian signs the informed consent form 2, preoperative diagnosis of congenital pulmonary cystic disease 3, thoracoscopic lobectomy, segmentectomy 4, age 1 month - 5 years old 5, ASA I-IIgrade
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Family members refuse to participate in the study 2. Congenital heart disease 3. Previous history of asthma 4. Children with contraindicated use of PEEP (increased intracranial pressure, bronchopleural fistula, hypovolemic shock) 5. Upper respiratory tract infection in recent two weeks 5. History of upper respiratory tract infection in the past two weeks
