Interventions

Aerobic exercise group:The intensity is 60-80% of the maximum heart rate, and the time gradually increases to 15-45 minutes, 3 times a week, for a total of 24 weeks of aerobic training such as cycling
Muscle strength training group:At a load that can be completed 8-12 times repeatedly (approximately equivalent to 60-70% 1 RM: 1 repetition maximum), 9 types of resistance exercises are performed 8-12

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Postoperative cancer patients, aged 20-70 years old. The inclusion criteria are based on tests indicating that the physiological age is greater than the chronological age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe heart disease, Nervous system disease and cognitive impairment
