Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Seven differentially expressed blood lipids before, 2 hours after, and 4 hours after a high-fat diet;Seven items of blood lipids differentially expressed in high-fat diet+MICT, high-fat diet+HIIT, and high-fat diet groups at different times;Differential expression of extracellular vesicle size, concentration, and protein in blood before, 2 hours after, and 4 hours after a high-fat diet;High fat diet+MICT, high fat diet+HIIT, and blood exosomes with different particle sizes, concentrations, and proteins expressed differently from the high fat diet group;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Differential expression of inflammatory factors in blood before, 2 hours after, and 4 hours after a high-fat diet;High fat diet+MICT, high fat diet+HIIT, and blood inflammatory factors differentially expressed at different times compared to the high fat diet group;maximal oxygen uptake;Exercise center rate response;Subjective fatigue score during exercise;Body composition;
