Fatigue intervention group:1) Perinatal fatigue risk assessment to identify high-risk groups

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant women =18 years old and their offspring; (2) Normal understanding and cognitive ability and clear expression ability; (3) Fatigue score of FS-14 scale = 9 points; (4) Study in a school for pregnant women.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) History of chronic fatigue or depression before pregnancy; (2) Pregnant women with genetic metabolic diseases or chromosomal abnormalities; (3) The fetus is clearly diagnosed as infected with malformation or teratogenic virus in the early pregnancy
