Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Can fully understand the purpose of the experiment and the movements and actively cooperate; (2) have no diseases or injuries affecting the bones, joints, or muscles of the lower extremities that affect movement; (3) Can complete the entire modeling training program as required; (4) No significant cardiovascular acute reactions during and after exercise (5) The target muscle TMG acquisition index meets the fatigue standard after exercise. (6) signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Congestive heart failure or pulmonary edema; (2) Acute deep vein thrombosis or thrombophlebitis; (3) Complete obstruction of lymphatic or venous return; (4) Peripheral arterial disease or ulcers; (5) Acute local skin infections of the lower extremities (6) severe hypoproteinemia; (7) Acute trauma or fracture of the lower extremity; (8) Post-arterial vascular reconstruction; (9) Uncontrolled hypertension
