Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients with gastrointestinal tumors undergoing elective surgery were clinically diagnosed without postoperative complications such as bleeding, intestinal obstruction and pulmonary infection. Age greater than or equal to 18 years.? Clear consciousness, can accept command action, can communicate verbally.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with pyloric obstruction, intestinal obstruction and other fasting infusion nutrition therapy at admission; ? Patients with combined resection of liver and other organs.? Patients with extensive tumor lesions, multiple retroperitoneal involvement and unresected tumor were found during operation.? Patients were admitted to ICU for treatment due to abnormal cardiopulmonary function after operation.? Patients whose upper limb muscle strength is affected by nerve function injury and joint disease.
