20 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 20 and 75 with severe NPDR or PDR with NVD or NVE combined with DME (retinal thickness thresholds of 305µm for male and 290 µm for female). Patients who need to receive anti-VEGF drugs (aflibercept) or Ozurdex intraocular injection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Refractive error>3D; (2) Suffering from any other inflammatory retinal and choroidal diseases of the eye ; (3) Combined with other retinal vascular diseases, without macular epiretinal membrane; (4) Merge with other optic nerve diseases; (5) History of eye trauma and eye surgery; (6) A history of anti-VEGF therapy, intraocular Glucocorticoids therapy, and intraocular laser therapy within 3 months, without a history of vitrectomy surgery; (7) Poor OCTA image quality of refractive interstitial opacity (scan quality<6 or obvious artifacts)
