Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?According to the "Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease" of the Respiratory Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, the first diagnosis was for patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, whose symptoms were initially stable after treatment. ?Normal language expression ability. ?Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Patients with heart, brain, liver, kidney and other serious complications. ?Unable to cooperate with respondents to complete the questionnaire.
