Interventions

o-E2V:ingested 2mg estradiol valerate daily and oral micronized progesterone 200mg daily for 14 days each month
t-E2:used the oestrogel 2.5g daily, and oral micronized progesterone 200mg daily for 14 days each month

40 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age 40-55 years, = 2 months but <36 months from the final menses, having moderate or severe menopausal symptoms as defined by a modified Kupperman Menopausal Index (KMI) score = 14, having an intact uterus,not used exogenous reproductive hormones or other therapies for menopausal symptoms currently or in the previous 3 months; Agree to complete the observation in accordance with the verification requirements

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: had contraindications to MHT alanine transaminase = 80U/L uterine fibroids larger than 5cm endometriosis, with a body mass index (weight in kg/height in meters2) = 28.0kg/m2 Allergic to the experimental drug Any situation where the doctor deems it unsuitable to participate in the study
