experimental group:The experimental group will complete a 2-week "Savoring Meditation" practice. The "Savoring Meditation" practice is divided into two parts: group practice and self-practice. The gro
wait list group:The waiting list group will receive the same intervention after 2 weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) DSM-V diagnosis of depressive disorder or anxiety disorder (2) Be at least 18 years old (3) Obtain consent from the attending physician

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of other mental illnesses or neurological diseases. (2) High risk of suicide. (3) Impaired cognitive function. (4) Experience in mindfulness practice: received at least 4 weeks of mindfulness intervention treatment or have at least 6 months of mindfulness meditation experience.
