Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: aging 18 to 70 years, having Hp infection confirmed by a positive result of 13C urea test and meeting the indications for H. pylori eradication
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of receiving H. pylori eradication therapy; History of esophageal or gastric surgery; peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, gastric cancer and gastric MALT lymphoa; usage of antibiotic, bismuth or any Chinese traditional medicine within 4 weeks and Vonoprazan, PPI, H2-Receptor Antagonists within 2 weeks; severe cardiac, pulmonary, renal, hepatic and immune insufficiency; pregnancy or breast feeding; psychiatric diseases and disability of communicating; allergy to any of the study drugs; G-6-PD deficiency
