Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (I)18-80 years old; (II) Patients who had a disease recurrence interval >3 months without signs of neurological impairment (modified Rankin scale [mRS] score =1 point); (III) The national institute of health stroke scale (NIHSS) score 4-25 points when admission.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (I) Patients with incomplete clinical data; (II) Patients undergoing endovascular treatment; (III) Patients with basilar artery occlusion; (IV) Patients with a history of malignant tumors; (V) Patients who were lost follow-up; (VI) Patients with contraindications to the use of mild hypothermia ice caps and distant ischemic preconditioning therapy devices.
