Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who received general anaesthesia 2. Patient > or =18 yr 3. Patients were admitted to PACU with trachea cannula 4. Patients or their legal guardians voluntarily participate in the study and sign informed consen
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with acute or chronic preoperative respiratory failure before surgery 2. Participated in other clinical studies at the same time
