Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Between 2021 and 2022, newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients were identified at the National Standardized Metabolic Disease Management Center in the First Hospital of Lanzhou University. Simultaneously, a healthy control group without diabetes was recruited at the Second Hospital of Lanzhou University; (2) Agree to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant or nursing woman. (2) Suffering from a mental illness or Alzheimer's disease. (3) Population unable to confirm whether they have diabetes. (4) Type 1 diabetes patients.

During adolescence, the maximum number of antibiotic courses used within one year ;During adolescence, the maximum duration of antibiotic used within one year ;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Whether or not there was a history of related diseases such as tonsillitis, pneumonia, periodontitis, meningitis, tuberculosis, etc. during adolescence.;
