Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists Classification grades 1-2 for gastrointestinal endoscopy under general anesthesia in our hospital; 18~65 years old; BMI18.5-24 kg/m²

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ( a ) Refusal to sign informed consent form ( b )a known hypersensitivity reaction to any drugs , such as allergy to propofol or benzodiazepines , or intolerance to them ; ( c) a history of cognitive impairment or any neuropsychiatric diseases such as depression, anxiety, Sleep disorder, etc. ( d) language disorders, blurred consciousness, drowsiness, coma, etc ( e) Nicotine, Alcohol dependence and drug addicts ( d )Drinking tea, alcohol, and stimulants in the short term ( f) a recent surgery or major trauma within 14 days prior to the experiment
