18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged 18-65 years; (2) Avascular necrosis of the femoral head was diagnosed, and the diameter of ARCO stage II or local cartilage/bone defect was 20mm-40mm (CT or MRI was used to determine the lesion size).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe medical diseases who cannot tolerate surgery; (2) Hip infection, hip fusion, and severe hip dysplasia; (3) The patient did not want to participate in the study before surgery.
