Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age =65 years old; ASA grading ?~? showed no obvious abnormality in organ function. Preoperative MMSE score =24; No contraindications for subarachnoid-epidural block anesthesia; Sign informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative MMSE score < 24; A past history of serious mental or neurological illness; Abusing drugs or psychotropic drugs, using steroids, hormones and other drugs for years; Patients had stage ?-? hepatic encephalopathy before surgery. Recent history of major surgery; Severe intraoperative bleeding and postoperative complications occurred. Patients with severe vision and hearing impairment who are unable to cooperate with the test; Patients who have contraindications to combined subarachnoid and epidural block and cannot undergo such anesthesia;
