The correlation between cuproptosis and myocardial injury after cardiopulmonary bypass in cardiac surgery

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)The types of surgeries include adult valve replacement, coronary artery bypass surgery, and adult congenital heart disease surgery. (2) Cardiac functions of patients are at I-III level according to the New York Heart Association (NYHA) grading standards through medication and other treatment methods before surgery, or NYHA IV level patients whose condition are stable after treatment. (3) Cardiopulmonary bypass was performed during surgery. (4) Patients aged 18-75 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with preoperative heart failure that cannot be corrected. (2) Emergency surgery. (3) Unplanned secondary surgery. (4) Severe pulmonary or cerebrovascular disease. (5) Liver or renal dysfunction (Child Pugh grade = B, creatinine = 200 µ Mol/L). (6) Pregnancy. (7) History of open-heart surgery. (8) Refusal of participating this study. (9) Patients with abnormal mental state who are unable to cooperate.
