Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria of the retrospective cohort study in the protocol construction phase were: ? The patient with stage I-IVa non-keratic nasopharyngeal carcinoma (the 8th edition of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in 2018 UICC/AJCC staging criteria) were first diagnosed by histopathological examination;? Aged =18 years, patients were aware of their diagnosis and condition;? Receive radiotherapy alone; Intensity modulated conformal radiotherapy + concurrent chemotherapy; Induction chemotherapy + intensity-modulated radiotherapy + concurrent chemotherapy; ?Have certain reading and comprehension ability, no hearing impairment;? Volunteer to join the study and sign the informed consent. The inclusion criteria for the programme implementation phase are ibid.

Exclusion criteria
