Interventions

Traditional Macintosh method group (Mac group):During tracheal intubation, placing the tip of the video laryngoscopy blade in the epiglottic valley to lift the epiglottis and expose the glottis
Miller method group (Mil group): During tracheal intubation, lifting the epiglottis with the video laryngoscope by placing the tip of its blade beneath the laryngeal surface of the epiglottis similar

Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are to receive posterior lumbar spine surgery, and the expected surgical time is less than 180 minutes; 2. Aged 18 to 70 years,regardless of gender ; 3. ASA I to II; 4. BMI 18kg/m2 to 35kg/m2; 5. Fully understand the test, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With a history of cardiac, renal, or hepatic disease; 2.With severe preoperative arrhythmia (ventricular premature beats>5 beats/minute, atrial fibrillation, frequent supraventricular tachycardia), myocardial infarction, and heart failure; 3.With a history of difficult tracheal intubation and the possibility of difficult airways after thorough airway assessment; 4.Existence of laryngeal disease, hoarseness, With a history of laryngeal surgery.
