Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Colorectal cancer inclusion criteria (1) age between 25 and 80 years; (2) Adenocarcinoma was confirmed by pathology (3) Agree to participate in the experiment and sign the experiment notice. The inclusion criteria of healthy control group were colonoscopy and imaging examination, indicating no history of colorectal cancer and other organic diseases, and no history of other malignant tumors or infectious diseases. Inclusion criteria for gastric cancer :(1) aged between 25 and 80 years; (2) Adenocarcinoma was confirmed by pathology (3) Agree to participate in the experiment and sign the experiment notice. The inclusion criteria of healthy control group were gastroscopy and imaging examination, indicating no gastric cancer and other organic diseases, no history of other malignant tumors or infectious diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnancy, lactation or possibility of pregnancy; (2) There is a confirmed congenital disease; (3) Have a history of mental illness; (4)Peptic ulcer active stage; ; (5) Symptoms of acute disease occurred 2 weeks before enrollment; (6) History of infection; (7) Patients who have previously received treatment options (chemotherapy, radiotherapy or combination therapy); (8) Severe COPD; (9) Unstable diabetes mellitus, (10) Patients with other malignant tumors.
