19 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) age> 18 years old; (2) the mechanical ventilation time of more than 48 hours.(3) fulfilled the criteria of weaning from mechanical ventilation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) neuromuscular disease; (2) the echocardiography indicates segmental or diffuse ventricular wall dyskinesia before weaning; (3) LVEF <50%; (4) atrial fibrillation; (5) interstitial lung disease, and (6) sonographic image unsharpness
