Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. AM was diagnosed by ultrasound and MRI. 2. Accompanied by AM related symptoms, such as dysmenorrhea, excessive menstruation, prolonged menstruation, etc.; 3. There is a safe puncture path through the abdominal wall; 4. Wish to retain the uterus, refuse medication or other therapies, and voluntarily undergo MWA treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or lactation; 2. Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia above grade III or accompanied by severe endometrial dysplasia; 3. Uncontrolled acute, chronic and severe pelvic bleeding; 4. Severe dysfunction of heart, lung, liver and other important organs; 5. Severe procoagulant dysfunction.
