Interventions

Hydrogen-oxygen inhalation+IPFH:Hydrogen-oxygen (66%H2-33%O2, 3L/min) inhalation 1 hour per day for 14 days and individualized IPFH plan.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of knee Osteoarthritis 2. Knee osteoarthritis with a course of more than 6 months 3. had an average knee pain score of 4 or higher on an 11-point numerical rating scale in the past week 4. Age = 65 years 5. Activity of Daily Living: level 0 to level 1

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental and psychological disorders 2. Cognitive dysfunction 3. Severe organ dysfunction or failure 4. Paticipate in other clinical trails within 3 months 5. Paticipants can not endure inhalation therapy
