Pre-testing survey: 21 physicians (14 clinicians and 7 pathologists) Online quantitative survey: 335 physicians (247 clinicians and 88 pathologists).:1-The pre-test phase involves draft questionnaire

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: •Physician has to be titled by vice chief physician or chief physician •Physician with over five years’ experience on diagnosing or treating CRC patients with the title ofvice chief physician or chief physician; •Patient load : oncologists with =10 mCRC patients or surgeons with =5 mCRC patients in the past 3months of practice; •Pathologist has experience in MMR/MSI testing in CRC, with testing sample =5 in past 3 month ofpractice •All eligible physicians need to confirm and sign up the informed consent form (ICF).
