:Designed comprehensive measures for nosocomial infection prevention and control (including active screening of CRE, intensive disinfection and isolation, etc.)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) newly admitted to comprehensive ICU wards during the study period; (2) Patients or family members give informed consent and participate voluntarily; (3) over 18 years of age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients who had an ICU stay of less than 48 hours; (2) insufficient clinical or microbiological data for this study.
