Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Home-based patients undergoing lung transplantation. (2) Age = 18 years old. (3) Voluntary and requires informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) With visual and/or hearing impairments. (2) With severe impairment of other vital organs (such as heart, liver, kidney) or other serious chronic diseases (such as malignant tumors). (3) With mental disorders.
