Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Sedentary behavior for = 6 hours a day; ? Meeting the diagnostic criteria for subthreshold depression; ? Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview (MINI 5.0) without MDD and without suicidal tendencies; ? Epidemiological Research Center Depression Scale score = 16; ? Aged 60-80 years old, with clear consciousness; ? Have not received any treatment related to depression in the past six months; ? Have not engaged in regular exercise in the past six months (at least 3 times a week, 20 minutes each time).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? According to the DSM-V standard, meet the diagnostic criteria of mood disorder, bipolar depression disorder, mental disorder, etc.; ? Have a history of MDD in the past six months; ? Use of glucocorticoids and psychotropic drugs; ? Any major medical or neurological disease, history of head trauma; ? Those with a history of alcohol and drug abuse; ? People with bleeding tendency, endocrine disorders (such as Cushing's syndrome, Addison's disease) and other impact indicators; ? Have a history of cardiovascular disease (previous stroke, transient ischemic attack, angina pectoris, etc., use cardiovascular disease drugs, coronary artery bypass surgery, angioplasty) or control blood pressure higher than 90/140mmHg through drugs; ? Have taken antibiotics, sedative and hypnotic drugs or probiotic preparations in the past month; ? Those who are participating in other clinical trials that have an impact on the results of this study.
