Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients diagnosed with epithelial ovarian cancer (serous adenocarcinoma, mucous adenocarcinoma, endometrioid adenocarcinoma, etc.) by biopsy or highly suspected ovarian cancer by imaging, and confirmed with epithelial ovarian cancer by postoperative pathology. ? The patients are generally in good condition, aged 18-75 years old, and have not complicated with serious heart, lung, kidney, liver dysfunction and metabolic diseases. ? For the first time, patients who had not received relevant treatment before and had no serious complications before surgery were collected 10 g of fresh, intermediate-posterior, and internal stool samples and quickly stored at -80?. Fecal DNA extraction and 16S rRNA gene sequencing were performed to detect intestinal flora. ?No antibiotics or other drugs were used in the 3 months prior to enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Have hemophilia or abnormal diseases related to the blood system. ? Other immune diseases that cause PLT abnormalities. ? With other cancers. ? Other chronic diseases. Another 30 healthy people in the same period were taken as controls.
