Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?18 years old = age = 80 years old. ?ICD-10I21,and ICD-9-CM-3:36.06/36.07. ?Emergency patients with direct stent implantation. ?Patients entering the clinical pathway. ?Volunteer to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Patients with severe infectious diseases, severe hepatorenal insufficiency, new cerebral infarction within three months. ?Patients with mental illness and communication disorder.
